DOOR SLABS

Braga Spa's laminated door slabs, available both from stock and made to order in Los Angeles, feature a honeycomb internal structure and a finger-joint fir perimeter, ensuring long-term stability. With over 30 decorative options in our catalogue and the ability to coat the panels with finishes provided by customers, we can meet every need. Additionally, Braga Spa offers door panels with various interior solutions, including tubular chipboard, full chipboard, and blockboard.

FRAME AND ARCHITRAVES 

Braga Spa's laminated door frames are primarily produced with blockboard support, ensuring non-deformability, and come in various radius and rebate solutions. The line of door frames, available both from stock and made to order, includes options with sandwich construction (MDF + poplar + MDF) or MDF support. For single leaf and double leaf in-wall sliding doors, Braga has developed an easy and quick-to-install kit line. The use of laminate eliminates the need for varnishing and ensures color consistency over time, offering simple and user-friendly products. Available in Los Angeles, the frame radius is 3, thickness is 40 mm, and standard width is 117 mm with blockboard support and architraves 90×10 wing20 push side + 65×10 wing20 pull side with multilayer support. Frames feature CPL covering with polyurethane gluing, PU anti-noise gasket, and a moisture protection film on the bottom.

HINGES 

OTLAV concealed hinges are universal Italian-made hinges that meet the highest quality standards. This concealed model is installed within the door leaf, not protruding beyond its surface.

Another advantage of these hinges is their low friction and smooth operation. Seven support points and nylon bushings prevent contact between the load-bearing components, ensuring smooth 180-degree opening. The modern minimalist design of OTLAV hinges makes them suitable for any interior door. The adjustment screws are hidden by special caps, so they remain invisible even when the door is open. This allows for a wide range of design possibilities.

LOCK 

The Mediana Polaris magnetic locks from the Italian manufacturer AGB are an excellent choice for interior doors. The steel, galvanized body is fully enclosed, protecting the mechanism from dust, shavings, dirt, and small debris. The strike plate is mounted in the door frame and pulls the magnetic latch when the door is fully closed.
The new generation of silent magnetic locks, Polaris 2XT, features an inset lock coating that guarantees protection against adverse weather conditions such as humidity, dust, and temperature fluctuations.
